Very disappointed to note that my holiday refund has still not arrived, receiving no feedback from Virgin whatsoever, despite sending several reminders, £1300.00 owed, should we be seeking interest on these substantial sums of money that they are clearly keeping hold of to profit from themselves?! Will never EVER book with them again.

Took them 121 days to refund my holiday. The communication from them was terrible and impossible to contact them. In fact I received more emails regarding their plans for the future than I did about the 4.5k they owed me. Never even bothered to tell me when they had refunded me and if not for media stories and Facebook support groups I'd have had no idea what was going on.Long and short of it is. This company has no assets, they don't even own an airplane, everything is leased. All they have is huge debts and if this virus rises again then don't expect a quick refund. Choose another tour operator who has assets and can actually give you the refund you're owed in a timely manner. Never again.

Dont book with virgin! Terrible service with Virgin, we wanted to cancel our holiday die to covid they said we couldn’t have our deposit back but can re book so reluctantly we rebooked another time with bed and breakfast included, they removed our bed & breakfast and said they have the right to do it it as it’s complementary what a joke! We dont want to go now due to covid19 still and we have been forced to take a voucher! Never will this company have my money again Absolute shambles of a company avoid!They take your money & dont care

Absolutely dreadful website. Thinking of tentatively booking a holiday, not now. Website says you have a choice of board, but can you select it.....nope. For gods sake Virgin, your IT designers are abysmal, truly truly abysmal. There’s no shops open, so you make sure your online shop is the absolute best it can be...Well I’m off somewhere else, and I suspect others will too. And your reviews here don’t exactly inspire either do they....So companies just don’t deserve to survive.

After all the negative reviews because of the current situation I thought I would write a quick review of my September 2019 holiday, from start to finish I can honestly say I could have not wished for anything better, I went from Manchester to Orlando flying premium on a 747 and the crew were amazing so friendly and attentive, the food was great and I can plenty of films to watch, I picked up my hire car from the airport with no hassle, the Virgin rep gave me my villa address and key code, I found it easily and the villa exceeded my expectations, it looked brand new, it was incredibly clean and just perfect, the pool was lovely and for my time there I felt like a millionaire Virgin Atlantic were my first ever airline I went on as a child and they will always be my first choice, when all this pandemic is over I hope Virgin are still there so I can have many more holidays with them and make many more happy memories

THIEVES Paid my deposit back in Feb and due to covid my holiday was cancelled. Many emails sent, and finally today they contacted me to say I'm not eligible for a deposit refund. I hope this company goes down under.

Most shocking experience in my life.... take your money and vanish. What’s it come to when you have to contact them via watts app !! You should have criminal proceedings brought against you.... like I will ever give you a penny more. Absolute joke


I would give them no stars if I could. They cancelled my holiday in June and I’m still waiting for my refund. Eventually they have confirmed today (3rd Oct) that I’ll receive my refund during week commencing 9th November. I for one will never use this company again.When my flights with Delta were cancelled I received my refund the next day.

After being messed around for two weeks by Virgin call centre staff and broken promises to ring us back to sort out our totally wrong flight times to Barbados. We where getting desperate but finally made contact with Becky Peters from Crawley what a star Becky said what she was going to do and did it and rang us back when she said she would Thank You Becky.

If I could give them a zero I would, I understand these are unprecedented times, but to illegally hold on to peoples money for 4 months is disgraceful, I will NEVER use virgin again!

Been a loyal Virgin holidays customer for over 25yrs.Always willing to pay that little bit extra for the service they provided.Now come 2020 holiday booked and payed for way back in October 2019.Due to depart 30th June cancelled 1st June offered a full refund or voucher.I asked for a full refund 25th August and still no refund until my 120 days are up on 27th September.Wonder if any interest will be paid on my monies,sadly my now huge amount of air miles will not be used as no intentions of ever giving Virgin another penny of my money.
